Many thanks to these fine people for the use of their awesome background textures..
Ocean Journey was a lot of fun and had a lot of "hands on" experiences for the kids. They enjoyed it immensely.
Here are the girls checking out the ocean life.
Here's Ray...looks like a friendly little guy, doesn't he? Not quite...we didn't pet him but we were actually able to pet some of the horseshoe crabs and examine them up close.
Here are the girls, looking up through a bubble at the bottom of a tank. It allowed them to get a birds-eye....or should I say a 'fish-eye' view of life under the sea.
I never realized that tigers had anything to do with the ocean but they do and this Ocean Journey had three of them for us to observe. They didn't play a part in the hands on scene. Ha ha! They were very interesting to watch though.
Kaitlyn! What are you doing?! How can you smile with your head about to be taken off?! Alicia says, 'Oh Grammy...it's just pretend.'
